How Custom Orders Work ✨

I love creating pieces that are made just for you. To keep everything smooth, clear, and stress-free (for both of us), here’s exactly how my custom order process works from start to finish.

1. Submit the Custom Order Form

Start by filling out the custom order form with all your details. This helps me understand your vision right from the start.

• Be as detailed as possible (more details = better results!)

2. Invoice & Payment

Once I review your request, I’ll send you an invoice for the item.

• Please note the delivery options (shipping or local pickup)
• Production begins after the invoice is paid

3. Mockup Creation (Within 3 Business Days)

Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a mockup image of your custom item.

• Please specify whether you prefer email or text communication when describing your item
• I’ll send the mockup using your preferred method

This step ensures we’re perfectly aligned before anything is engraved or made.

4. Review & Revisions

You can reply by email or text to either:

• ✅ Approve the mockup
• ✏️ Request changes

What’s included:

• Your custom order includes up to 3 mockup revisions at no additional cost

If after 3 revisions you’re still not happy, you can

• Add an additional 3 mockup revisions for $10 (invoiced separately)

My goal is for you to love your piece—no surprises here.

5. Production Begins

Once you approve the mockup, I’ll begin production.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for production
• Each item is handmade and created with care (and probably coffee ☕)

6. Shipping or Pickup Notification

When your item is complete, you’ll receive an email or text notification letting you know:

• 📦 Your order has shipped, or
• 🏡 Your order is ready for local pickup

If I have any questions at all during the process, I may reach out by email or text. This is just to make sure every detail is exactly right before production begins.

Important Policy Information 🚨

Because custom orders are made specifically for you:

• All custom orders are final
• No refunds or exchanges are offered on custom items once an order has been placed

Please be sure to review your mockup carefully before approving production.
