1. How long does it take to receive my order?
All items are handmade by me, so please allow up to 3-5 business days for production before shipping. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way! Once your order is shipped, I'm not responsible for time delays or damages. If you receive your item(s) damaged, please contact me at kimthomas@rusticauradesigns.com and we will work together to find a resolution.
2. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! I love bringing your ideas to life. Whether it’s a name, quote, or special date, I’m happy to personalize something just for you. Just send me a message to get started.
3. What size are your signs?
Sizes vary depending on the design. Each product listing includes size details, but if you have something specific in mind, I’m happy to work with you.
4. What kind of wood do you use?
I use real wood and wood veneer on mdf, so each piece may have its own unique knots, grain, or character. This adds to the rustic charm and means no two signs are exactly alike!
5. Can I rush my order?
If you’re on a tight timeline, send me a message before placing your order. I’ll do my best to accommodate rush requests when possible for a small rush fee.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I offer a 30-day return window on all non-custom items. The 30 days begin on the date your order is delivered. For the most accurate and up-to-date details, please refer to the Return Policy linked at the bottom of the page.
Please note:
Custom/personalized items and gift cards are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help resolve any issues and make sure you’re thrilled with your order.
7. How do I hang my sign?
Most signs come with a sawtooth hanger or jute rope on the back. If you have a preference, just let me know!
